| I thought you guys should know why I have an avatar with Christian Bale in an absolutely ridiculous gun pose. It's because of this film.
Post-apocalyptic society where having emotions is outlawed, and everyone is forced to conform to an emotion-blocking neuromedicine. People who do feel are called "Sense Offenders" and are to be shot on sight. People who are assigned to seek out and irradicate all forms of emotion are called "Clerics". Christian Bale plays a character who becomes both.
